What You'll Do
As a Brand Manager, you will own a portfolio of related brands and be in charge of growing and scaling them to the next level. In this role, you will be central to our portfolio growth and critical to our team’s success.
We are looking for teammates who are entrepreneurial, analytical, and action-oriented contributors. Brand Managers at Baotris work closely with our team of marketing specialists, engineers, and strategy experts to implement data-driven strategies via our proprietary playbook that take brands to the next level.
A project manager of sorts, our account managers wear many hats such as problem solver, business analyst, and marketing strategist to ensure client success. We’re looking for someone who can be an advocate for their brands and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure projects are pushing forward with the desired outcomes, and when they’re not - jumping in and grabbing the right people to figure out how to fix the issues.
Brand management for 3-5 current e-commerce investments
Have a 360° view of each brand and work towards growing and optimizing all aspects of the business, starting with their technical infrastructure and personalized marketing
Own the relationship with the brand including executing weekly client syncs and being their first point of contact for advice
Analyze business performance and plan next steps and timelines accounting for resources
This is a team based effort and you will be supported by our bench of top-flight engineers, data scientists, performance marketing, content & creative, as well as strategy experts
Act as main point of contact for prospective investments
Help develop sales and marketing collateral such as an FAQ and sales decks
Negotiate investment contracts and revisions
Help us build out the right processes for sales enablement and account management excellence
Utilize your experience across brands to help our team add new plays and growth levers to our Playbook
